For those who come from Florence by car: A1 motorway, exit Chiusi - Chianciano Term e. Follow road signs for Cetona, than for Piazze/San Casciano dei Bagni. Borgo Matero is between Cetona (6 kms) and Piazze (1 Km).

For those who come from Rome by car: A1 motorway, exit Fabro. Follow road signs for Chiusi. After 7 kms. turn left at the crossroad and go to Piazze. Once in Piazze take the Strada Statale 321 Sud towards Cetona; Borgo Matero is after 1 km on your right. Borgo Matero is exactly halfway between Florence and Roma, 110 kms far from both. For those who come by train: Chiusi - Chianciano Terme railway station, which is 15 kms from Borgo Matero.
